If you refer to the title, you should have understood that I found a flat !
Now, a little description ... The flat is in Mostoles, downtown. The only drawback is that is is oriented east, so there is sun mainly in the morning. The rooms oriented west are hidden by the other side of the building. Maybe not too much in summer as I am on the 6th floor. Also, the flat is not free yet, but the people are very nice and told me I can enter it next thursday, they will lend me a room !!
The flat is 100 square meters wide, 3 bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one entrance and 2 balconies. Many rooms, each of them is not especially big. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine, dish washer. The hot water and heating is with gaz. Not my favorite option as this is dangerous and always breaks with me. However, the thing is outside the flat, so at least, if it explodes or dissipates bad gaz, I should not die !
There are furniture in all the rooms, so I won't need to buy much things. Maybe a little table for the living room, I will see. Anyways, IKEA is not very far. In addition, as a bonus, there is wireless Internet from the neighbor.
So well, I will have 3 beds for guests, and will be on my own in the flat within one month. So, book your flight tickets !! |
