I'm someone who hates having habits. No habits for hobbies, no habits at work, no habits for food or preferate drinks. At least, I try to avoid that, because that's really boring otherwise. I need change !
I do have those perdiods of time though when I'm dinking exclusively tea, or coffee, or orangina ;-) It changes from time to time, with no reason, no warning.
Let's take the case of coffee. People who know me for only a few years (let's say less than maybe 4), probably think I hate coffee. Which is not completely wrong, because I've been in my "I hate coffee" period for quite a long time now. I used to drink some when I was younger, then I stopped and switched to tea which I hated before. I still kept one principle: never refuse a coffee if someone offers one to you. But this was not particularly often.
Since a few months, I began to drink coffee again, every time I had had a hard evening the day before ;-) Since I am in Austria and Orangina is impossible to find, I had to find a replacement ;-) But it's been now two weeks that my amount of coffee per day increased drastically ! It more or less began at Salt Lake City during the committee meeting, and continued in Italy, where the coffee is really good and cheap ;-)
Since I'm back here (last monday ;-) ), I'm having something like 3 or 4 coffees a day, just because I don't have a coffee machine at home, otherwise, it would be more ... I abandonned my poor machine in Plouhinec to invest in a water boiler instead ;-) I find this funny ;-)) Anyway, I think I will reinvest and buy a coffee machine for home (at least if this coffee crisis lasts more than a week ;-) ) |
