Now, I know why I was always lost with the phones in Austria. After two years there, I still did not know how many digits to dial on the phone when calling a number: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbering_in_Europe#Austria . In Spain, they are normal, like in France, it's always the same number of digits, which makes life a lot easier !
