Two weeks ago, I told you how Telefonica spent a whole Sat. afternoon at my place to only destroy my phone line ... Last Sat., they were supposed to come back ...However, they did not. Last Mon., they were supposed to come back ... they did not.
Yesterday, I sent *again* an email to my landlord to know what is going on. He replied to me "Good News ! They are coming tomorrow morning at 10am", ie, THIS morning.
Of course, the fucking rooster decided to be a bitch this morning and made sound continuously from 4am to 9am ! I was so tired, i did not have energy to kill him. I just threw one cup of water on him and had peace for about 5 minutes ! At 9am, I wanted to stay in bed (despite the "COCORICOOOOOOO's"), but I had to be prepared at 10, for the phone people.
At about 9:30, I finally manage to drag myself to the shower and sort of wake-up. I put clothes on ... Well, I was very tired and slow. At 10:15, I am finally ready, I open the door. My landlord is already here, waiting in her part of the house (she was already here when I got up). Nobody seems to arrive, so I prepare a few slides for my lecture tonight.
And one more slide .... and one more ... 11:15, still nobody. As I have a meeting at noon (I know I am late, but this is Spain and nobody knocked at my door yet !), I have to leave. 11:30, I give up and leave, tell the landlady I am leaving, and she tells me that they have called and will arrive a lot later !
Personally, I wonder if they will ever come back. Note that the phone was again not working this morning, I am not sure if they know how to plug a cable ! |
